Check your held spam online.

We recommend you bookmark the spam login page (so you can check your held messages or add associates at any time).

To check your held messages and allow held messages to be released, go to this page https://www.smtpgate.com/cgi/user.cgi and follow these directions:

LOGIN SCREEN

Enter your full e-mail address as username, and your and your e-mail password.

Please note - the "Forgot" button only works if you have first logged in successfully and set up the password help section. If you don't know your password and you haven't yet logged in, please contact us to ask for your password.

ACCOUNT SCREEN

Once you're logged in, you'll come to your Account details screen. Choose SPAM from the buttons on the left.

SPAM SETTINGS

This screen shows your spam settings (Hold, Bounce, Vanish). To check messages held in your spam filter, click the HELD MESSGES button just underneath Spam Settings.

Held messages are kept for 7 days.

HELD MESSAGES

This screen shows all held messages, from oldest to newest, 24 messages per page. Select a message (or multiple messages) by clicking the square check box(es) on the left. Choose either RELEASE (allows only this message to come through) or ALLOW (adds the sender to your list of Associates (Friends) so ALL FUTURE MESSAGES from that e-mail address will be automatically allowed. To keep your spam filter clean, delete any messages you don't want to keep. They will be removed and the next screen of messages will display. Repeat until your spam filter is empty.

LOG OUT

When you're finished with your spam filter, click the logout button on the left side. This returns you to the login screen. Close the window when you're finished.
