E-mail Setup Instructions - for Outlook and similar programs

Your incoming mail server is a POP3 server.

User Information:

Enter your name as you wish it to appear in other people's inbox.

Organization is optional.

E-mail address and Reply address must be the same as your existing e-mail address (you@yourdomain.com).

Incoming mail server name is mail.yourdomainname.com

Outgoing mail server is the one provided to you by your internet service provider (smtp.east.cox.net, mail.alltell.net, mail.bellsouth.net, smtp.coxmail.com, smtp.earthlink.net, smtp.knology.net, mail.mchsi.com).

Enter your Account Name as the 'email' part of email@yourdomain.com and your password to complete setup.

Change E-mail accounts (add, delete, or change)

To add or remove e-mail accounts on your domain name, e-mail support@getcws.com. Please include the domain name, and the username and password for EACH account. You can also fax or call in your request during normal business hours to 850 302-0698. Your account will be billed a $5.00 setup fee for each request.
