Cancellation of Service

CWS requires written cancellation notice. To cancel services with CWS, please either send an e-mail to support@getcws.com, send a fax to 850 302-0698, or send a letter to Post Office Box 1805, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32549-1805. This correspondence must include the domain name and your daytime contact information. A CWS representative will contact you via phone or in person to verify the request is legitimate. It is the policy of CWS to facilitate these requests in a timely and professional manner. Please Note: CWS requires payment in full for all services rendered before a domain will be released.
